WHAT IS A PERSONAL TRAINER?

A Personal Trainer empowers clients to achieve their fitness and health goals 

through motivation, education, and accountability. 

A Personal Trainer creates tailored plans for the client, demonstrates exercises and routines,

assists in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness, takes fitness and health assessments,

monitors progress, educates and advises, provides resources on general fitness and health issues,

and provides emergency first aid if necessary.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME

As a Certified Personal Trainer, I customize each exercise routine

based on the client’s self-determined goals, current fitness level, motivation, and ability. 

I guide each client step by step throughout their entire routine,

praise their accomplishments, and set the stage for developing and achieving

continuous health and fitness goals. 

Because I am also a Life Coach and Nutrition Consultant, I take a holistic approach to fitness. 

Fitness isn’t just about going through the motions of a workout;

it’s about having a healthy lifestyle and attitude. 

 

I encourage and motivate clients to look at fitness as a fun and positive element in their life.

Whether you’re 20 or 90, you are never too young or too old to start enjoying
